SRAM XG-1299 Eagle Cassette 10-52T, 12-speed
SRAM XG-1299 Eagle Cassette 10-52T, 12-speed
The XG-1299 is the top-of-the-line cassette in the classic Eagle family (XX1 level), in a 10-52T version: the maximum Eagle range with the lightest construction for an XD driver body.
- Gearing: 10-12-14-16-18-21-24-28-32-36-42-52T (520% range)
- Construction: X-Dome architecture: ten cogs machined from a single block of steel and a larger aluminum cog joined by pins. Maximum stiffness with minimum weight.
- Driver Body: SRAM XD (not compatible with HG or Micro Spline).
- Finish: Copper with black details.
- Compatibility: SRAM Eagle 12-speed drivetrains (mechanical and AXS) with Eagle chain. Not compatible with Eagle Transmission (T-Type).
In gravel, it is the foundation for mullet builds: Eagle AXS derailleur with AXS road shifters, for those who need nearly MTB-like gear ratios on technical climbs or loaded bikepacking.
