How to use: half a bag 15 minutes before activity, followed by 1-2 bags per hour during exercise, always accompanied by a sip of water.
Tropical fruit flavor, with caffeine from green tea extract.
Ingredients: tapioca syrup, cane sugar, corn maltodextrin, gelling agent (pectins), acidity regulator (citric acid, potassium citrates), black carrot concentrate juice, flavor, green tea extract Camellia sinensis (contains caffeine), sunflower oil, sea salt, glazing agent (carnauba wax).
Allergens: No mandatory declaration allergens. Contains caffeine (85.8 mg/100g). Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
