Instructions for use: half a packet 15 minutes before activity, followed by 1-2 packets per hour during exercise, always accompanied by a sip of water.
Strawberry flavor. Caffeine-free.
Ingredients: tapioca syrup, cane sugar, corn maltodextrin, water, gelling agent (pectins), acidity regulator (citric acid, potassium citrates), flavor, black carrot concentrate juice, sunflower oil, sea salt, glazing agent (carnauba wax).
